Question 1. When was the blessed scheme of Waqfe Jadid initiated (started)?

The scheme was started in 1957 by Hadhrat Musleh Maud (Mirza Bashiruddin Mahmood Ahmad - may Allah be pleased with him)

The scheme was initially only for the Ahmadis of Pakistan

Hadhrat Khalifatul Masih IV (Hazrat Mirza Tahir Ahmad - may Allah have mercy on him) was made a member of the scheme and was specifically instructed to focus on the two main objectives of the scheme.
